On October 24, at the invitation of the school of mechanical engineering, Professor Liu Jun, winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, made an academic report entitled "quantum sensing and precision measurement" in the lecture hall on the seventh floor of the school of mechanical engineering. Professor Liu Jun introduced the quantum sensing mechanism based on the principles of nuclear magnetic resonance, spin magnetic resonance and atomic interference, and the development status of various information quantum sensing devices. In view of the development of a kind of solid-state quantum sensor and its chip, the key technologies and applications of high concentration and controllable manufacturing of diamond NV color center, coplanar integration of solid-state optical sub functional structure, system magnetic noise tracing and suppression technology, and device integration manufacturing are analyzed and discussed. Facing the research and development of the new generation of quantum precision measuring instruments, Professor Liu introduced the core key technologies in quantum measurement, introduced the research and development progress of quantum precision measuring instruments for physical quantities such as geometric dimension / force / magnetic independently developed by Zhongbei University, and looked forward to the future development trend of quantum sensing and precision measuring technology. After the report meeting, Professor Liu Jun had a heated exchange and discussion with teachers and students. This report will enable teachers and students to have a clearer understanding of the research and development of quantum sensing and precision measurement, and provide new ideas for teachers and students to carry out scientific research.
